Lost repsonsiveness

Hi,

I’ve customised the helper-main-menu.php in order to display my own custom header. However, I seem to have removed the responsiveness in the process(!).

I’ve stripped out all code inside the .inner-container and replaced it with my own header code. Is there something in there that I need to retain in order to keep the site responsive, or is there a ‘better’ way of putting this custom header in?
