    Hi! One of our colleagues purchased the Enfold theme over 5 years ago, but we no longer have the original purchase code, only the Themeforest User Name and API key from the admin. How do we get access to the purchase code? (I don’t want to post identifying information in this form. Is there a way to contact support directly?) -Jay

    We can’t fix that for you unfortunately, you would have to reach out directly to Envato/Themeforest support.
