lost password

I’m sending mail because of login problems.
I bought the enfold theme a few years ago. and had also registered.
There are some errors in my homepage about the enfold theme. so i wanted to ask my problems to your support team.
But I forgot my password and tried to find it. so i did got mail link to change my new password.
but I got the message like below :

I can not find my password still now.
