Dear Support,
Please help. I already designed a page with Avia Builder based on I need. After I published that pages, I add a row and some text. But, when I updated that page, I loss my first design.
Please help. Why can this be happened?Thanks.

Maybe you are still confused about my problem. I will explain it in detail.
For Example :
I created a page, and used Avia Builder. I created 4 rows with color selection and image background inside it.
Above of that page, I added layer slider.
First row, I added a row with custom heading and text.
Second row, I added a row with custom heading and icon box (3 column)
Third row, I added a row with custom heading and partner/client logo
And the last row, I added a row with custom heading and contact form.I published that page.
After that, I modified that page and added a new row below with Promo area.
I updated that page.
After I updated that page, my second, third and forth rows were lost. I just got first row and the last row after I published that page.
How could it be?
Please help me.Thank you.

I already save that template, but when i restore and update it, some row i already added loss.
I have tried many times, but i always get same result. If you could remote my work, i can show you.I already frustated about this problem.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the problems. I logged in to check the problem again but it looks like you have switched themes, are you not going to use Enfold anymore or can we switch back? Enfold needs to be active for us to be able to check the problem.

If this problem doesn’t solved I would use Enfold anymore. But, I hope this problem will be solved.
I already swith it back to Enfold theme. You can try.
This problem happens when I use color section and there are much information i put on that row.Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback, though the builder is not loading at all now. The server is responding with 404 (not found) on almost all the resources needed for the builder to work. You haven’t deleted any files, right? In any case, please try to overwrite the theme files via FTP with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Your other theme/plugin for that theme might be creating conflicts as well, so please try to deactivate anything connected to that theme.

Thanks for the feedback. The builder is loading properly now and I managed to load your template. The problem is open markup in your content:
<strong>Kami berikan pelayanan terbaik untuk Anda. <strong>You haven’t closed the strong tag properly, so I changed it to this:
<strong>Kami berikan pelayanan terbaik untuk Anda. </strong>I tried adding some content after that and it seems to be working. Could you try to recreate the rest of your content below that please? Also try to be careful when adding markup to the content, if you don’t close it properly it will likely break the builder like in this instance.

I thought this was the problem. I already edited that page using proper closing markup and it worked.
This was the new one for me. I never got page crash when I use unproper markup, just this time at Enfold. But, I realise Enfold theme is really nice and easy to use.Thank you for your help, you are really helpful.

Great, glad we could help and sorry for the problems. The builder is unfortunately a bit sensitive to open html markup, so if this should happen again then please look for anything like what I pointed out.
