Hello Kreisi, I got lost in this: can you help me out, please?
1 I would like to have: a list of my ‘posts’ on page ‘NEWS’ (like it does now), with right sidebar (showing Latest News & Recent Projects)
2 I would like to have every single post on detail-page to reside under ‘NEWS/%postname%’ (same like my single Projects reside under ‘PROJECTS’)
3 I do not understand why my post ‘PHNW Event’ shows the title correct in right sidebar, but does not show title on single-paige of this post?
— I would like te have the title as in my post ‘Network welcomes guests from China’
4 I do not understand why my post ‘Network welcomes guests from China’ can have replies and comments but my post ‘PHNW Event’ can have not
— I would like to have it for both the same: with replies and comments allowed

1. You can create a new page and use the blog posts shortcode there.
2. Your trying to change permalinks for posts listed on one of your pages and not others? Hmm, not sure if there is a way to do that. It would be best to hire a freelancer to help you out with that customization.
3. + 4. Use the default editor instead of the advanced layout editor for that post.
5. In the permalinks page look to the bottom and you’ll see a message that WordPress is giving you saying your .htaccess file is not writable. You’ll need to follow those instructions for manually updating the .htaccess file.

ElliottStill no luck in adding Portfolio Items: added items do not display title in single page? I do not use Advanced Layout Builder/Editor but type directly in the Editor, after Portfolio Items / Add New. So can you help me out here?

If I click to detail page of first item (title: ‘TEST OF PROJECT TITLE’, it daisplays the title but NO FEATURED IMAGE, why?
It is not included on sidebar, why?
If I click on second item (title: ‘A new project from NL’), it displays featured image, is included in sidebar, but displays NO TITLE?
Only if I repeat the title, like in third ‘Better cooled transports: more profit in Brazil’, it displays both…
Please explain to me how to get:
– displays titles and images in list view page in ‘Projects’
– displays title and image in detail view page of item

Hey!
That’s because your using the layout builder when editing the post. You will need to use the image element in the “Media Elements” tab to insert an image. If your using the default editor the featured image will be displayed automatically.

So, in order to follow I tried this:
I added a portfolio entry ‘Title of Entry 4’, in Default Editor, and added a FI through right sidebar, in Featured Image tab — in order to show FI and title and text.
If I View Portfolio Entry of this, I see the FI correctly, but NOT DISPLAYING the title (in detail page), why is that?

That’s because in Dashboard > Enfold > Header you have the default behaviour set to only display breadcrumbs and no title. You can still override that on the single post settings though.

So if I click on ‘view portfolio entry’ this is what I would like to see:
– Featured Image,
– ànd the Text,
– ànd Title
all displayed in the single post page (detail page of portfolio entry). Title underneath Image, followed by the accompanying text of the portfolio entry (just like a post entry). It is not about what I would like to read in the ‘Header’-bar, but on the entire portfolio entry page. I can see that the title and featured image is correctly tied to the entry, but title not displayed — am I missing still something clearly?Hey!
For portfolio posts you need to add that stuff in manually. If you want it all to displayed automatically then use regular posts and create a separate category to use.

Not sure what you mean. If you want to display a title in the layout builder you can use the special heading element.
