    Hello, my name is Christian.

    First of all excuse my poor English and for using this contact for wrong purposes.

    My name is Christian and Im the IT manager at Euncet Business School (an Spanish university). I got my hands on our blog not much ago and since I’ve never worked with Enfold before I would like to post on the forum for some tips and workarounds.

    The problem:
    My company had the license since 2017. Obviously, no one knows anything of such credentials but when I try to register an account it prompts me with “ALREADY AN USER WITH THIS PURCHASE CODE”.
    I would like to know to which email is linked our Purchase Code since I manage the emails on our company as well I can do the rest to acces our already created account.

    I will paste our license on the PRIVATE CONTENT box.

    Hey Christian,

    It looks to be registered to a private gmail address, please see private. Is that an email you have access to? If not then we can change the email for you.
