    Hello!
    I’ve a big issue concerning a customer website. They are creating their content since some months now. Serveral weeks ago it started, that random components (f.e. contact forms) get lost after saving the page.

    Last week they reported, that the edit-page is completely destroyed on a page (for me it seems like there are unclosed html tags within the content section – but nobody did custom html – we only use the provided content elements).

    i am quite helpless here. I hope you can help me.

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I’ve never seen that happen before to be honest with you. Could you try to activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes, then copy the shortcodes to a new page to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode

    Hi!
    I’ve switched on debug mode, but i can not even see the shortcut-field here. I hope you’ve better luck finding the issue (and possibly fix it on a new page).

    hi
    i extracted the code from within the debugbox from the destroyed job-page (see private section). i hope it tells you more than me. the most unsual thing i see are brackets within some html tags (f.e. the textarea in the code block).

    Further info: as i can see from the plain html code (from wp-dashboard edit page), the enfold shortcode parser tells “No shortcode parser info available” (usually it says “No errors were detected parsing the shortcodes.”).
