My support window is almost up and I want to renew, but for some reason I cant gain access to your site. When I put in the email I would have registered with ( (Email address hidden if logged out) ) I am told no such email exists but my Item Purchase Code (4276bb23-e11f-4b04-ad34-d9b76575db34) has already been used by an email. What can I do to get control of this code for the purposes of site access?
