Hello,
I have an Enfold Child Theme running in my website. After update the new WordPress Version and the new Enfold version 3.5 I lost all the configuration, many images, etc. I had to restore my site to the oldest WordPress version and Enfold too, to keep my configuration running as normal.
How can I install the new version without problems? I run the site with Enfold Child Theme because I thought that I will never loose the configuration.

Please share the link to the page where we can inspect the element in question and help you resolve it :)
If you notice that the enfold version is now updated to 3.5.2 and stills ee errors on the website then it is mostly caching issue on the browser. Try to hard reload and empty browser cache and review the site again.
To do a hard refresh… First press F12 to open the Chrome Dev Tools then hold down Ctrl and click on the Reload button.

Now is working. I don´t know how, but after reloading and clearing cache almost 40 times its fine.

Glad it’s working for you, All the web browsers cache the files from the site and it was showing you old files. If you hard refresh by holding down the ctrl + F5 only refreshing once will clear the cache for you and the files will be refreshed . Then all the changes you made will show up correctly :)
