    First off apologize about my english.
    Well, i`m working on a site with enfold theme.
    When i start creating pages all look fine but i dont know why finally when i try to see my site with a mobile device, its not loading a responsive design.
    I have put off all plugins, but stills the same problem.
    I have removed all css custom from panel and from rain menu but still the same problem.
    When i start creating the site, thinks like footer look responsive on my mobile device, but right now its showing all of 3 colums together i dunno why…
    Right now its password protected, but i can tell for review site.

    Yes, this is the first thing i have checked.
    Responsive ok.
    Max container 1310px
    73%/27%
    etc.. all settings like other sites i have made, but with this i dont know what its wrong.

    well, i have found the problem.
    Its when i have activated Rain plugin:

    Right now, there is any collision between enfold and raind. How can i fix that?

    Hey,

    Could you please contact plugin authors and ask if they had any experience with Enfold? I believe they would have better insight on what could be causing the issue :)

    Hi.
    I have asked authors of this plugin about this issue.
    I have tested with other theme and the only one with this issue was Enfold. I
    Testing more options to find why this plugin collide with enfold and breaks responsive design…
    Right now i have activated Bellenueve theme and rain do not break responsive design.

    Isn´t working.
    Only works fine when i use another theme instead of enfold theme.
    Apologize about my english.
    The plugin breaks every time i use enfold theme, and responsive design isn´t working.

    Nope.
    I want to use enfold one, i love it.
    I have tested with another theme, to find where is the problem.
    Rain plugin it´s working fine with every theme i have tested. The only one with problems its Enfold.
    I want to fix this issue, but i cannot find any settings missed, i have uploaded a blank theme of enfold and still the same issue.

    I just have re-upload a latest version of a enfold theme.
    Activated rain plugin and the same problem.
    Desktop view ok, responsive design not.
    Only i got this problem with enfold.

    Hi,

    I am afraid we do not provide compatibility with that plugin you are mentioning as we do not support all the plugins that are outside.
    We would need to have things go further with contacting the plugin author.

    finally i have found TapTap menu and it workis fine with enfold theme.
