when I edit my home page and click on a text box a new text box shows up without my content in it. if I delete the text box and paste my content in I can save it but when I update the page I lose all of the elements and content below it and have to restore an older version to get the page back. it seems to have started after I updated my enfold child theme. I turned off all caching and looked for non closed ags but all the code looks good. need help asap. wondering if I should downgrade enfold. I have all plugins turned off.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
The Text Block does not render it because one closing div is missing which breaks the element.
I tried to fill in the missing closing div and it shows up properly in the backend, I have created a test page for it (link in private content).
Also since there are lot of HTML code I would suggest using a Code Block.Best regards,
NikkoThank you Nikko. You nailed it. I don’t know how i missed that closing </div> tag. I guess i should not work on code late at night!
