hi, i’m doing a redesign of an existing webpage with enfold. i have two color section on a page. when i add a third color section, insert a 1/1 layout element, insert into this a text block, edit the text, save and update the page, goto view page, everything is ok. opening this page in the editor again:, my last changes are lost. revisions shows the save i did as second last entry. this is strange. i’ve installed the latest wordpress and use the latest enfold version.. what is wrong ? i have currently 6 licensed enfold/wordpress installations running and i hope this is not an killer application that destroys all my pages ..? help urgently needed !
Ok, today i copied everything to my local equipment and worked with it. the phenomenon occurs here as well. so it seems to have nothing to do with the webserver and the php version, since i use two different php 7 versions .. any idea?
Same issue here.
After updating Enfold from 4.8.3 to 4.8.6 I lost the color section:
after just the update I noticed that the background image was no more in the center, left position, but just in the center, center position.
This seemed like a minor issue, I edited the section and re-saved it. But suddenly it disappeared.
Can you please have a look into this?

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out where you are having this problem.

Thanks for that. I can see the problem in your video, but I can’t reproduce it on your actual site. I added a Color Section + 1/1 + Text Block, but it seems to stay when I add the content and update the page. Could you check the page now on your end please? Disappearing content happens because of open html markup in the content, but I can’t see anything like that in your content above the section I added.

RikardIt was the first action a did today in the morning and in my first attempt to update it lost the section again :(
this is not something to be taken lightly. after all, i make my living creating websites among other things. i hope we can solve this problem so that my trust in this theme remains intact..Hi,
Thanks for the update. I still can’t reproduce the problem on my end though, could you give us further instructions on what exactly you are doing when the content disappears? I tried the steps in your video, but the content remains on my end. Also, like I wrote earlier, the only situation when content disappears from the Layout Builder, is when there is open html markup in the content above it.

Ii’ve created a new page, transferred the content manually and deleted the old page, renamed the new one so it fits into the menu resp the site structure.
Since then the problem does not occur anymore. I hope it stays stable.Best regards,
