Dear Enfold helpers,
I am building a website on http://eindernieuw.tichie.nl/ and am concentrating now on designing the main navigation (first navigation layer), subnavigation (second navigation layer) and subsubnavigation (third navigation layer).
I am using sidebar navigation. In order for the subnavigation and subsubnavigation to be visible on in the menu of an iPhone I am using the basic menu which is generated by the hierarchy of the WordPress pages. So I have not created a menu in Enfold.
If you go to the main navigation chapter ‘zelfeuthanasie’ you can see that I have made some subnavigation pages. And if in ‘zelfeuthanasie’ you go to the subnavigation page ‘de wet’ you can see some subsubnavigation pages.
I have the following questions:
1. How can I ‘lose’ the pull-down menu when I hover a main navigation button.
2. How can I ‘lose’ the colored line under the navigation when I hover a main navigation button.
3. How can I make the sub-sub navigation under ‘de wet’ always visible when I am in any page of the the chapter ‘zelfeuthanasie’.
Looking forward to hearing from you again!
With kind regards form Amsterdam,
Janneke TichelaarJanuary 12, 2016 at 4:14 pm #563947Hi there,
Questions 2 is solved by choosing header style ‘Minimal’ which is fine for me.
But I have a new question because in ‘Header layout’ I am unable to get the ‘small separator’ between the menu items. I do get the large ones but nog the small ones.
Hoping to hear from you.

Janneke’January 13, 2016 at 6:54 am #564370Hi,
1. I’m not sure what you mean by lose, could you try to explain a bit further or provide us with a screenshot highlighting what you are trying to achieve?
3. I’m not sure that would be possible to be honest, I think you would have to use a plugin to replace the entire menu in order to make that happen.

RikardJanuary 13, 2016 at 10:33 am #564484Hi Rikard,
I mean that
1) I want to hide the pull-down sub menu.
2) Also I want to hide the red line under the main navigation.To achieve this I was given the following code for another website:
.sub-menu {
display: none !important;
}#top .main_menu .menu li.active-parent-item .avia-menu-fx{
opacity: 1;
visibility: visible
}However, in that case I was using an Enfold menu. As I explained I am now not a menu creted in Enfold but default menu generated by the hierarchy of the pages.
So can you please help me hide the pull-down menu and hide the red hightlight/hover line under the main navigation?
Also please look at my new question
4) When I choose ‘small separator’ in ‘Separator between menu items’ the small separator doesn’t show.Thanx!
JannekeJanuary 14, 2016 at 12:56 pm #565367Hi Rikard,
I solved the questions I asked before so don’t worry about that.
I now have one question left: how can I hide the pull-down subnavigation in the PC-view and make it visible in de mobile-view/iPhone?
Hoping to hear from you.
