Hey all.
So typically, we build on a testbed, then move the site to the live server – by exporting the database, then importing to the live server, changing the proper fields in wp options, and, finally, using velvet blues to update content urls:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/velvet-blues-update-urls/
Well, we’ve got an enfold issue here – because even though this technique usually works flawlessly with other themes, Enfold page content still retains the old URL’s – even after Velvet Blues updates:
URLs in page content ( posts, pages, custom post types, revisions )
URLs in excerpts
URLs in links
URLs for attachments ( images, documents, general media )
URLs in custom fields and meta boxes
So the front page of this site:
http://maverickandboutique.com/
Still retains url’s in images and links from
http://interage.com/maverick/
Which was the development testbed.
Any way to update URLs across the board?
Thanks!
Hi interage!
Please see – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/
We recommend using WP MigrateDB or WP MigrateDB PRO plugin
