    Text longer than about 7000 chars is not able to place in pages. After pressing “Publish” an error message “Aktualisierung fehlgeschlagen” appears and I must leave the page witout updating. Editing the page next time all text blocks begin with [av-textblock …] and the last part is cutted. How can I insert longer texts into a page?

    … to eleminate unallowable HTML-Markups in the text I copied all my text first in the simple text editor and from there into the text block of the wordpress page. But the same problem happend.

    … it worked with the pure text from the text editor also with the long version. But as soon as I format the text, the error message (see screenshot 1) appears and the text is cutted again.

    Hi APeschke,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    High,
    you didnt answer for one week and so I found the solution by myself: A while ago I installed the plugin custom fields and a short time later I deinstalled the plugin. Now I supposed that the plugin is necassary for the enfold theme and after installing it again the editor works correct.
    You can close the topic.
