Hi
I have uploaded a logo for the transparent option in the header settings, and have chosen the transparency option in the page setting, but the logo still turns up with a white background. I have double checked the logo file, and it is transparent as I have used it for other purposes.
Is it a bug, or am I missing something? Thanks.

I found out that it was something wrong with the logo file. It had been downloaded via iphone and something must have gone wrong along the way.
Thank you anyway.
The website is http://www.rideferier.noSeptember 23, 2019 at 9:36 am #1140902Hi,
Thanks for the update, so everything is working as it should now then?

RikardSeptember 23, 2019 at 10:08 am #1140926But your not transparent logo is just a jpg.
You misunderstand a little the function of the transparent logo. It will be presented to you until the header has reached its default setting. With the shrinking header this is the case when the shrinking is finished. Then the normal logo will be shown. The header_bg color has a little opacity – thats why you see then the white surroundings of the jpg.
just take your logo with the black font and make of it a png with transparency – instead of the jpg.
September 23, 2019 at 10:17 am #1140934by the way – on your homeslider images – the logo with black font will be better legible anyway.
maybe you take for both logo vairants the same logo with black font.
Or for the transparency option a logo with realy white font.possibly these two variants are to be seen well everywhere on the slider:
and:
September 23, 2019 at 10:31 am #1140949you can play with the transparency value of header_bg ( default value is 0.1) :
#top .av_header_glassy.av_header_transparency .header_bg { opacity: 0.2; filter: alpha(opacity=20); }
September 23, 2019 at 10:56 am #1140972Hi Elisabethkaasa,
Did you get it working for you or do you need more help?
I am seeing the logo on the transparent header.

Thank you for your help.
I have tried with black font on the logo and tried different transparency values. I can’t seem to find anything that works well on all the slides…
Anyway, the transparency works. I probably have to look for other photos to use.I should have darker font colour in the menu when transparent. I can’t get this to work. Where do I change this? Isn’t it in the transparency settings in the header section under Enfold?
Regards
ElisabethSeptember 24, 2019 at 10:22 am #1141321Hi Elisabeth,
Thanks for the update. You can set the main menu link colour in the transparent header under Enfold->Header->Transparency Options. If that is not working then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

RikardSeptember 24, 2019 at 1:21 pm #1141380Don’t give up so fast! It just doesn’t work. You also have to insert a transparent logo as a normal logo. Then it works
