Hi, I’ve just set up a site and the logo is stretched without me adding any css.
I’ve made the logo the right height 156px but can’t make it the right width or it will appear too small. How can I solve this problem?
Thanks,
Lisa
For some reason it is ok again now so no need to have a look.
Thanks
And now it’s stretched again!! No idea what’s happening here, can you please have a look?
thanks Lisa
Hi Lisa,
Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue? I looked at the website, seems to look fine.
Best regards,
Victoria
How can I attach a screenshot?
thanks,
Lisa
Hi, here is the screenshot: https://snag.gy/LFlwTf.jpg
The logo should be a circle but sometimes get stretched like this and shows up normal other times….
Thanks,
Lisa
Hi Lisa,
When it fetches the right logo url, it does work properly (refer to correct screenshot in private content)
But when it uses some kind of optimized image url, it shows an incorrect size (refer to screenshot as well)
Best regards,
Nikko
Hi Nikko,
I didn’t do anything to make it go to an optimized image url so why am I having this problem? And how can I fix it?
thanks,
Lisa
Hi,
You’re not running any optimization plugins or plugins with optimization features?

Jordan Shannon
Hi,
No I don’t, unless Wordfence Security has optimization features?
Cheers,
Lisa
Hi sundara88,
Can you try to check the solution posted by a user on this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/header-logo-stretched-previous-thread-solutions-not-working/#post-820233
Try to turn off the pagespeed module in the .htaccess file by adding this code:
ModPageSpeed Off
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
Nikko
