Hi-
The logo file I’ve uploaded to the site is 200 px high, yet as much as I try to make it display larger than it is, it’s not changing size. I’ve set it to custom pixel value and made it 200 px but the logo stays the same size in the header. I need it to display about 10% larger than it is now. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!
ErinJanuary 31, 2018 at 6:48 pm #905697I’ve noticed the logo only appears so small on the landing page, but as we scroll down, it’s larger. I’d like it larger on the landing page as well. Thanks!
February 1, 2018 at 8:51 pm #906453Hi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
BasilisFebruary 3, 2018 at 3:18 pm #907233Hi-
I wanted to check in to see if anyone was able to log in using the credentials that I sent. This is the last issue we need to resolve before we can launch the website. Thanks!

Can you please post credentials here in private?

VictoriaFebruary 4, 2018 at 2:52 pm #907535OK! Just let me know that you’ve received these credentials. I sent them last week and wondered if they didn’t get through. Thanks!
ErinFebruary 5, 2018 at 6:27 am #907748Hi Erin,
Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
.logo img { width: 62%; }
If you need further assistance please let us know.

VictoriaFebruary 5, 2018 at 2:56 pm #908019Thank you. I’ve had to change the width to 42% because at 62% it was stretched. I’m checking with my client to make sure that they are ok with the size of the logo now. Hopefully they are. Thanks for your assistance!
ErinFebruary 5, 2018 at 5:56 pm #908117Hi again-
The logo on the landing page appears fuzzy compared to the way it displays on the other sections (http://www1.artcraft.com/). Is there a fix for this? Thanks.
ErinFebruary 5, 2018 at 9:03 pm #908196Hi,
Please add the following CSS
.logo img { width: 1uto !important; }And let us know if that would work for you.

BasilisFebruary 5, 2018 at 9:43 pm #908221Hi-
I’ve added that css but it’s still looking blurry on the landing page (http://www1.artcraft.com/). Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks so much for your help with this!
ErinFebruary 6, 2018 at 1:44 am #908281Hi Erin,
Can you try to replace Basilis code:
.logo img { width: 1uto !important; }
to:
.logo img { width: auto !important; }
Let us know if this helps.
Best regards,
NikkoFebruary 6, 2018 at 4:37 pm #908667I changed it but now it’s back to being very small on the landing page versus as the user moves down the page which was the issue in the first place. Is there something else I need to add?

February 7, 2018 at 12:53 pm #909086Hi,
Can you try to upload a bigger logo on Enfold > Header > Transparency Options > Transparency Logo. As of the moment it’s using this image (link in private content), it’s small and forced to stretched that’s why it’s blurred.
Best regards,
NikkoFebruary 7, 2018 at 1:26 pm #909114Fixed! Thank you so much.
