I’d like to make the logo a bigger size with some overflow over the header container. When a visitor scrolls I’d like the logo to shrink, as well as the header/navigation container to be reduced in size. Can you help me with this quick CSS?

I think that helped, but the effects are switched. I want a big logo, and have it shrink when scrolling. Can you have another look?
