Hi,
In order to show a (transparent) logo on top of a Easy Slider Full Screen on a homepage, I simply put this HTML code within the caption of the slide:
/WP-CONTENT/UPLOADS/2019/03/<filename>.PNG”>
However, since Enfold 4.7.1 this is not working anymore. Instead of the logo it now simply shows the html code :-(
See http://www.joostclaessens.nl
How can we fix this?
Regards,
Roger
Hey Roger,
Sorry for the problem, please refer to this post by Yigit: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-7-1-issue-on-h1/#post-1173344

Rikard
Hi Rikard,
THanks for your quick reply and fix, it works!
When you say you reverted back as users would like to use it unescaped, will the fix be included in an upcoming version (4.7.2)?
Otherwise, it would be great if you could make a switch somewhere, so user can determine for thereselves if they want to escape the HTML titles/captions?
Best regards,
Roger
Hi Roger,
Yes an option was discussed internally, but I think it’s decided that will simply go back to the previous method again, so that markup will be allowed. An option might be introduced in a future release of the theme though.

Rikard
Thanks Rikard,
Just perfect!! You can close the ticket now.
Have a nice weekend.
Roger
