    Before it filled the header and shrunk with the header when scrolled down. Now it loads like there is some invisible padding.

    Hi Jordan,

    I have downloaded the header.php file from my theme via FTP. I do not know what I am looking for in terms of “hard-coded”.

    Hi,

    Could you try adding  the logo image  through FTP and then adding the direct link in the logo section rather than uploading or choosing from the media library.

    Hi,

    These delays have upset my client greatly. It is making me regret ever using WordPress for anything.. Custom coding the whole thing would have been easier and it wouldn’t have failed every day.

    Hi,

    No last effect. Loads properly once then load a 300×100 version. I am unbelievably frustrated and I needed this website done weeks ago. I disabled much of W3 Total Cache so now it loads on firefox and ie again but the logo continues to work then break.

    If I load the logo again, it works again, until you load the page an additional time. I REALLY need to fix this today.

    Fixed finally! I switch my logo from a jpg to a png which fixed the compression and disabling minify fixed everything else.
