Logo Left, Menu Right issue with 4.0.7

I updated to version 4.0.7 and now the logo is stuck at one size, additionally the menu when set to Logo Left Menu Right slides down into the slider of the page. I was able to set it to Logo Left Menu Below and its OK. The logo is still the wrong size and it won’t shrink when set to shrink but it is functional.

In fact, any setting other than logo left menu below is messed up. This is the only custom code I have in Quick CSS:

Not sure what is up. The update works fine with the other 5 sites I updated but I am holding off on updating the rest (I have 25 licenses at this point). This site does not have the Child theme installed (I will be fixing that soon!) so I am thinking it is something in the CSS but I have no idea where to look.
