When I first uploaded a logo for the header it worked perfectly.
But now I changed it the logo doesn’t show when it is full size. Only when you scroll down. The logo chages size and is visible again. It is not a broken link. I have uploaded it multiple times and it doesn’t change anything. When I go to the source code of the page and find the link of the logo I can still open it in my browser.
Do you know what the problem is and how I can fix it?
April 3, 2015 at 2:30 pm #423037Hey Linden_Mobile!
It seems to be broken. Can you please try changing file name and try uploading once again?
Best regards,
YigitApril 3, 2015 at 2:34 pm #423041Hey Yigit,
I just did that for the 10th time and it still doesn’t work.
April 3, 2015 at 2:37 pm #423045Hi!
Please make sure that wp-content/uploads folder has correct permissions ( 755 ) – http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
If that does not help, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into itCheers!

Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
Cheers!
YigitApril 3, 2015 at 3:08 pm #423075That didn’t change anything.
April 3, 2015 at 3:13 pm #423080Hey!
Please try re-updating the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
I tried changing logo and load external and it still did not show up due to 404 error in console.Cheers!
YigitApril 3, 2015 at 3:43 pm #423104So, done updating and reuploading the theme. Nothing changed.
April 3, 2015 at 3:49 pm #423110Hi!
Can you please contact your service provider? Logo image just cannot be found – http://i.imgur.com/v3SRdTI.png?1
Regards,
YigitApril 3, 2015 at 3:53 pm #423117That does’t explain why you can still see the logo when you scroll down.
This is the path to the logo. You can browse to it without a problem.

April 5, 2015 at 3:04 am #423550Hey!
actually it might explain why you can’t see your logo. The first error you can see in chrome console (see Yigit’s screenshot) for your website belongs to your logo image. Open chrome console yourself to see it.
Please also try to deactivate (or even delete) your Google Cast Chrome extension. It seems to make problems.
Let us know what your host says about your problem.
Best regards,
AndyApril 7, 2015 at 9:26 am #424530Hey,
The problem stil occurs after deleting the Cast extention. It also occurs on Firefox and Safari.
I can’t contact the host.
April 7, 2015 at 2:50 pm #424706Hi!
Can you please create a testing environment and check if issue occurs there as well – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/
Cheers!
YigitApril 7, 2015 at 3:21 pm #424733Hi,
I won’t do that because that is a little bit to much for this small problem.
I did find the problem and I fixed it myself.
I will give you the answer so you know what to do next time.
In de Enfold them options you have to go to ‘header’ and then to ‘transparantie-options’. There you have to upload another transparant logo.
This logo was deleted from the server.I recommend to place this option next to the upload and logo option.
Thank you/You are welcome ;)
