Our website is http://www.paramountfenceco.com
The problem that we are having is that our company logo stopped showing up in the header when viewing on a mobile or tablet device (viewing in google chrome).
The logo still shows up just fine when viewing from a desktop, but not when viewing from a mobile or tablet device.
EDIT: After a couple of the conversations below, I have discovered that our logo (as uploaded to Enfold via the logo uploader) is indeed in our media files and on our server, however, the path/url to our logo is being changed to a different domain somewhere between the uploaded and the live website. (ie: the logo is uploaded to http://www.site#1.com/logo-url but when checking the url/path on the live website it shows as http://www.site#2.com/logo-url)

The logo is not uploaded to your website, it gets 404. I would suggest you upload the logo as an image to your website.
Best regards,

September 21, 2017 at 11:47 am #854752Hi,
It’s still throwing a 404 error on my end, why that is I’m not sure to be honest. Did you verify that the file is actually there on the server?
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 21, 2017 at 12:51 pm #854797Rikard, that is the wrong domain in your URL. I have added the proper URL below. Perhaps that is where the mixup is? BarJB us a domain that is also on our hosting account (and another wordpress website) but not the site that is in discussion. Somewhere along the line, the path for our logo is being changed to another domain (BarJB) rather than the proper domain (Paramount)
I just checked to make sure the logo appears in the media content of my (Paramount) wordpress dashboard, and it does. I also checked via FTP to make sure the file was located on our server and it is there as well.
PS: I also checked on different browsers/devises, the logo DOES NOT show on desktop… That was a cached image I was seeing. The issue on hand is now that the logo path is being changed to a different domain rather than my domain somewhere along the line.
September 21, 2017 at 1:09 pm #854814After a little exploring I found that the problem was being caused from the plugin (W3 Total Cache). I am not sure how the cache was causing the logo path to change but after clearing the cache for the website (Paramount), the logo path shows up correctly and appears on all versions of mobile and desktop as well as multiple browsers.
I believe this problem is solved.
