I was adding pages to my site when the menu suddenly became transparent on all pages. Nothing I do seems to make any changes. Please help. Warm regards.
March 22, 2018 at 11:34 am #931157Hey reederjack5252,
I could not log in, got a request for some verification code. Can you disable it, please?
Best regards,
VictoriaMarch 22, 2018 at 3:10 pm #931362Ok, that should be taken care of now. Sorry about that.
March 22, 2018 at 6:19 pm #931519Hi,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:
#top .header_bg { background: #FFF!important; } @media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { #top .header_bg { background: #FFF!important; }}
Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
VinayMarch 23, 2018 at 5:59 am #931774Ok, this worked on getting the background back, so thank you! But none of the styling elements for the logo area are being displayed throughout the site. Quick CSS is a nice band aid, but I’d like the backend to work, so if I need to make modification in the future I can do so quickly.
March 24, 2018 at 5:24 pm #932394Hi,
For that type of change, that is what does work for now, as Vinay suggested.
You can use the code to other sites also, it not bidden here.Best regards,
BasilisApril 4, 2018 at 5:50 am #936926None of the styling elements for the logo area are being displayed throughout the site. As in Enfold Theme Options > General Styling > Logo Area. None of these options are being displayed throughout the site. This is not how the theme has ever worked. So I don’t understand what “that type of change” is referring to. These are the options you built into the theme. They are not working. That’s what I need help with.
April 4, 2018 at 2:11 pm #937167Hi reederjack5252,
I was about to check your website, but the verification codes did not work.
Best regards,
VictoriaApril 6, 2018 at 5:17 am #937993FYI, this is now the third time I have replied on this string, only to return to find that my post was gone.
April 6, 2018 at 8:13 am #938099Hi reederjack5252,
Ok, thank you, I was able to log in, but could not check anything, since the user is not an admin. Can you please change that?
Best regards,
VictoriaApril 6, 2018 at 8:17 am #938106Ok, it’s done. Thx!
April 6, 2018 at 8:32 am #938114Hi reederjack5252,
You should be running at least php5.6.3 for the code to work properly, but better php7.
I see that the styles and JavaScript are not minified by Enfold, are you disabling it? Or they are just not working on your end.
Best regards,
VictoriaApril 6, 2018 at 5:31 pm #938317I’m now running php7.1.
I don’t know how to minify styles and JavaScript. How do I check to see if they are?
April 9, 2018 at 6:48 am #938966Hi reederjack5252,
Please check if it is working like this for you?

April 9, 2018 at 9:51 pm #939419The background of the logo area is back, but the other colors I’ve selected in Enfold Theme Options > General Styling are not being displayed.
April 11, 2018 at 4:12 am #940169Hi,
Thank you for the update. I can’t find the cause of the issue, yet. Is it working properly if the parent theme is enabled instead of the child theme?
Best regards,
IsmaelApril 11, 2018 at 6:44 am #940208It does appear like the parent theme recognizes General Styling preferences.
April 11, 2018 at 6:07 pm #940599Hi,
It appears the predefined styles do not get recognized. For testing purpose please activate a different predefined theme “Save” the settings log out and log back in then select “Navy” again.
FYI – You can backup the theme settings from Import/Export tab.
Best regards,
VinayApril 25, 2018 at 5:59 am #946400Followed your instructions. The first time I imported theme settings file, Enfold kept it’s default Navy styling, but the the theme was exactly how the General Styling panel said it was supposed to look. This, however, did not retain the color scheme and and fonts that I had chosen. I then imported the theme settings file again, and now I’m back to where I was before.
April 26, 2018 at 10:11 am #947156Hi,
I checked for any plugin conflict but it appearsw to be all ok! Please update the theme to 4.3 and see if that fix the issue.
Best regards,
VinayApril 29, 2018 at 4:07 am #948498That didn’t work either.
May 1, 2018 at 11:35 am #949488Hi,
For testing purpose please try disabling the JS and CSS merging options. If you still have the same issue we recommend deleting the theme folder and upload the files via FTP.
Best regards,
Vinay -
