    Dear Support-Team,

    I tried to change the colour of the header/logo area but the changes are not covered to my site. And I also tried to set a logo for the header but nothing happend. It stays always in white. In general many changes are not applied (e.g. font color, background colors etc.) . I have a suspicion that something is not working properly.

    Maybe something wrong with the css.file ?

    Hey!

    Please make sure that wp-content/uploads folder has correct permissions ( 755 ) – http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
    Also try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps
