Hi,
My logo is appearing too small inside the header. No matter what I cannot get it to ‘fill’ out the space in the border.
In ‘quick CSS’ I have set the padding and margins to zero.
I have searched previous support questions about the logo appearing too small, however the solution is to always change the size of the header. I want to keep my header as ‘slim’, I just want my logo to appear bigger within the header; i.e. go from the top border to the bottom and extend out further along the header width ways; my logo’s width is about twice that of it’s height.
I’ve increased the width, why does my logo remain so small (I have uploaded numerous size images)?
This is my very first website, so excuse me if I’m missing the obvious, I love Enfold, however without a decent logo on the website it just does not work.
Please help, I have spent literally hours on this.
Kindest Regards

I’d be more than happy to help.
May I have a link to your website so I can better visualize your description?

That’s great, thank you very much.
My site is http://www.colleen-hobbs.co.uk
As you can see the logo is very small indeed. I believe it makes sense as to the reason this is happening, however I can’t figure out a solution?
I just want it to look good. I have removed the custom css I previously entered, so you’re working from scratch as it were.
Many Thanks

Thank you for your reply.
I’m not sure why this is, I have just contacted my host provider and they confirm that the site loads without error.
Please would you be kind enough to give it another try and let me know what happens, and we can take it from there?
Kindest Regards

I’m able to access your website now.
First up, your logo has a lot of white space around it. It helps a lot if the logo image encapsulates the logo by itself:

DakeSeptember 5, 2015 at 6:49 pm #498705Hi Dake, good afternoon
Thank you for your reply, and apologies for the delayed response.
I have upload a transparent png. image, exported for web from PSD. So there should no longer be any white space around it. However, if you look at my page, the original problem still perists; no matter what I try, I cannot get my logo to fit nicely within the header?
What would be our next step do you think, now we have removed the white space from the uploaded image? It is disheartening, it is such a great theme, i just cannot seem to figure this one out!

AndrewSeptember 7, 2015 at 5:42 am #499021Hi,
Your image still has a lot of whitespace on the top and bottom, you need to crop it so that no whitespace exists on the top and bottom. http://www.colleen-hobbs.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/300x100xExport-Web2.png.pagespeed.ic.U4NURFQHxZ.png
