I’ve uncovered an issue that I can’t seem to figure out.
I have a development website set to use the Logo and Main Menu to be positioned in the left sidebar. I have just noticed that on all single post pages (and some random pages) the footer is not displaying completely. In these instances the left sidebar is covering up the left part of the footer.
I have disabled all plugins and the problem remained. I removed all custom CSS and the problem also still remained.
Any advice or tips you could provide will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Thank you for using Enfold.
The layout or markup of the page is wrong. We had to move the element inside their own color section. ( see private field )

As usual, Enfold Support solves the problem quickly and reliably.
I appreciate it.

NikkoMay 2, 2017 at 12:15 am #786041I’ve actually just uncovered another issue…
With the Logo and Main Menu Left Sidebar activated, using color sections for the content does indeed fix the issues with the footer being partially covered by the main menu sidebar.
However, if you then also want to use a right sidebar (for other posts information, or the search box) then the right sidebar is pushed underneath to just above the footer (and does not appear in the right sidebar position next to the main content.
I’m assuming this is because you can’t have the left sidebar and right sidebar activated at the same time?
Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
May 2, 2017 at 7:05 am #786168Hey!
The “fix” that we did above is not really required. It is for those pages with the layout issue. If you don’t encounter the issue in the page or post and you don’t necessarily need the color section, don’t use it. However, I edited the page and when I removed the color section, the layout issue occurs. I will report the issue to Kriesi. Please wait for his response.
Cheers!
