    Hey Josue, Enfold logo is gone. All I did was repeat the process of ‘ remove, save, add, save’ a few times. I am noticing, even after clearing cache, it takes a while to get logo there. Now I have to replace the logo again and it is taking equal time as before.

    One more thing, how can I decrease gap between logo and header?

    Also, please tell me if it takes this much time. Now I have uploaded logo with transparent background and it is only showing in ‘contact’ and ‘news’ page but the other pages showing the old one (with white background). http://www.xandrianoir.com

    Hi Basilis,

    Yes, it is now showing my logo on all pages. I guess it just takes a while for logo to come into effect unlike other edits.

    Can you send me a code to decrease gap between the logo and the header, please?

    Hi Yigit,

    I tried adjusting header size in Enfold theme options ( ‘header’ then ‘header size’). First it was set to Slim. I changed to custom size and it pushed it further down. I adjusted up to even 80 px but it did not bring it up. Now when I am trying to bring it back to Slim, it is still lower then before. (Have been doing it for 2 hours now. No luck.) http://www.xandrianoir.com (Check the grey line on the blue image in slider, the header was there before set to slim.)

    HI,
    I don’t understand. Last night I spent more than 2 hours trying to bring the old setting back once the custom header height did not work. Even after repeated cache clearance, the setting did not resume. I checked on three different computers. I also asked someone in another country to check how the page showed and he told me exactly as it was showing on my computer.

    Now after 8 hours when I return to my computer, the old settings are back.

    I don’t understand why it takes this much time. It should be quick on the spot. It only happens with header.

    My problem is still there. I need header to move a little upward. If I will touch the settings again, it will move down instead.
