I would like as possible to add a login/log out box in header page. Do you have any idea to do that?

You can do this, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/, to add a widget area to your header. You can then add the login / logout links in a text widget or the meta widget also displays login / logout links as well.
