    Hello,
    First, sorry for my english. I’m from France…
    Since yesteday, I have 3 problems. Nothing have been changed on my site (no plugins instaled since few days).

    1) When I try to login with my password, it’s refused. But I do not have the message for wrong password. The login page is just reloaded. I have to reset the password each time.

    2) The icon are not displayed on computer but are OK on Ipad or mobile. Sample on this page : https://hacienda-la-colora.com/?page_id=3918

    3) When i’m logged in as admin, I can not preview the page. It seens I do not have the rights. Strange.

    As I’m not very good in computers and programming, I’m looking for help. Even if I have to pay.

    Hey Xavier,

    1. Do you have any security plugins installed? It may be causing the password issue. We need to take a closer look at this please open a new ticket for issues that are not related and provide us the login credentials to further investigate this issue.

    Prior to that please check if there is a plugin conflict. To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    2. The icons are not displaying correctly. To resolve this issue please try the steps mentioned in this link http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-cors/

    3. Please create a new admin with role as super admin and you should be able to preview all the pages.

    I did all what suggested. Nothing new happened. I still have all the same problems.
    About icons, I do not know how to change the .htaccess but it’s not the main problem.
    The strangest thing is the password. I have to reset it each time i need to login. When I’m login and click on disconnect, nothing happen….

    Can you suggest me consultant to help me with this problems ?

    I found the solution !
    Mistakes in WordPress configuration between https://www.hacienda-la-com and https://hacienda-la-colora.com
    It’s OK now.
