    You are currently using an older version of the theme which is not compatible with your WordPress version. Updating the theme would fix the issue.

    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.6.2.

    Then, please generate a Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates :)

    I was just locked out of my account. My login details were deleted. The acting admin was made (Email address hidden if logged out) for username kriesi. This was a support login I created and gave to kriesi in the support forums to assist me in the distant past. I was able to regain control and log in to my website using some backdoor methods. Have you been compromised? I have given you access to other websites I manage and now I fear I must check them all. My website is listed in the private content. I wanted to send you an email or start a new post but those options do not seem to be available.
