    Hi. I have just purchased the Enfold license, and I am trying to log into the support forum at kriesi and have requested a password 2-3 times without receiving one. I have Enfold and Enfold Child theme installed on our website since it was created in 2018 by an external creator, but we ourselves never owned a license. So I recently discovered that the themes have never been updated since, due to us not owning the license. So now I need help updating the installed theme + child theme with our new license. Item

    I have reset your forum account. Please see private content field for your logins.

    You are currently using Enfold 4.2.6 which is not compatible with your WordPress version.
    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.1.
    Then, please generate a Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates :)
