    We have been having trouble accessing the admin panel, and when we finally managed to reset the password, we found out the admin username was changed to tuan2fay. Is that some default setting that we didn’t see before, or have we been hacked. Also, instead of locking us out from wordpress after several attempts log in, we were redirected to 404 page not found, instead of the standard lock out.

    Hey mdjambazov,

    this is not a default behavior. We recommend to install an antivirus plugin.
