I finally got around to upgrading from 4.4.1 to the latest version of Enfold. My upgrade went smooth, but I had a number of things broken that needed to be addressed.
Consequently, I decided to restore the site to my previous backup so I could fix all of the issues when I had more time. Unfortunately, after the restore, I have been unable to log back into WordPress. This is the message I receive:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method avia_sc_icongrid::popup_key() in /home/lasermec/public_html/lasermech/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/icongrid/icongrid.php:216 Stack trace: #0 /home/lasermec/public_html/lasermech/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/shortcode-template.class.php(438): avia_sc_icongrid->popup_elements() #1 /home/lasermec/public_html/lasermech/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/shortcode-template.class.php(66): aviaShortcodeTemplate->extra_config() #2 /home/lasermec/public_html/lasermech/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/icongrid/icongrid.php(119): aviaShortcodeTemplate->__construct(Object(AviaBuilder)) #3 /home/lasermec/public_html/lasermech/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/template-builder.class.php(1133): avia_sc_icongrid->__construct(Object(AviaBuilder)) #4 /home/lasermec/public_html/lasermech/wp-content/th in /home/lasermec/public_html/lasermech/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/icongrid/icongrid.php on line 216
I believe it’s because the restored site is trying to use the API Key that was removed when I entered my new Envato Personal Token.
The good news is my site is up and running. I just don’t have access at this time to make any changes. Any suggestions to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.
August 28, 2020 at 8:55 pm #1241699No worries. I finally figured out a way to bring the site back up. All good now except that I can’t get my Contact Form to process through Easy SMTP. Testing works fine but the Contact Form won’t process through.
August 28, 2020 at 9:36 pm #1241709Hi,
You’re not receiving the submitted form?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonAugust 28, 2020 at 10:15 pm #1241714Correct. The Easy WP SMTP Error Log says:
SMTP ERROR: DATA END command failed: 550 Request failed; Mailbox unavailable
SMTP ERROR: data not accepted CLIENT -> SERVER: QUITLike I said previously, using their Test Email feature I have no issues. It’s just the submitted form that doesn’t get sent. Any ideas?
