Hi,
I use the Enfold theme for my business site. It is currently unusable – can’t update versions, can’t edit. It is a site I have done very little with since I made it in 2014, but I need to update it now and I can’t. I was directed to Evanto from the Kries site in order to get my item purchase code in order to get support. There, I was told to spend $41 for a 6 month support package, which I did. I can’t find my item purchase code anywhere (your directions and screen shots don’t line up with what is actually on their site) and so can’t log into themeforest and get support. I sent an email to the author and got a return message that I can only get support via your forum, which I can’t get into because I can’t get my item support code. Going nuts here, please help.

Sorry for the late reply. So the problem is that you cannot log in to your Themeforest account? Did you try to request a new password from them for instance? After that you should be able to login. https://account.envato.com/sign_in?to=themeforest
