Lock advanced layout builder

Hello, Yigit helped me solve a problem in the system. But the ticket closed.

I am the site administrator and created a EDITOR user to my customer information by food manager. I used the “Lock advanced layout builder” for it does not have access to AVAIA LAYOUT BUILDER. How do I leave only enabled for my client this restriction? I as an administrator can not be restricted, I have to have access to all the theme.

It is possible? If not, show me another way to solve.
