Locator

We would like to add a “Store Locator” to the home page. The user would enter the zip code or state which could either return a listing or map with locations or both. The idea is to have a link to that locations website. I am looking for recommendations on how to implement this on the website or if the Enfold theme already has something I can utilize. Thank you.
