    Hi! I’ve just taken over a company web page and I have no support from previous owner. My page editor on WP is not loading and I would like to update my theme, as it is Enfold 3.8. However, I don’t know what email is connected to the themeforest account.
    Can I find the purchase code through my hosts file directory? I’ve been looking but no luck.

    Hey Anders Larsson,

    You cannot find a purchase code in the host file directory, unfortunately. Do you have the API key in the Theme options?

    Well, to get the support you’ll need to be registered at this forum and you can only do that with the purchase code. It might be easier to be the new license and have the new ThemeForest account.
