    Hi,
    I’m having a problem with the Enfold theme. When I open a page it keeps loading the content and I’m not able to make any changes to the page. At the bottom of the page I get a “404 Not Found nginx” message. Can you help me with this problem? Thank you.

    Hey festi!

    Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.
    You can remove that box from bottom by adding following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    .vpotnfveivsvl {
  display: none !important;
}

    However, i believe de-activating all active plugins will resolve the issue

    I tried de-activating all active plugins (there was only one) and it did not help. Any other suggestions?

    Hi!

    Have you made any changes on theme files? If not, please contact your service provider and show “404 Not Found nginx” error you are getting.

    I have not made any changes to the files.

    I just noticed that I am running an older version of Enfold (2.6.4). Could this be the cause of the problem? If so, how do I update the theme? If possible, I would prefer not to update it manually.

    Since you are using a very old version, unfortunately you may need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    Please add your API key to receive auto updates
