Hi there. I’m using the performance options to ‘Load only used elements’, and it’s been a great addition, however I’ve encountered a problem.
In Gravity Forms, I’m using a shortcode to display a promo box, however when this form is on the page I get the ‘This element was disabled in your theme settings’ error. If I use a promo box on the page itself somewhere, then the promo box in the form loads.
The promo box is the only element I’m having this issue with and presumably the only one I will have this issue with – Is there a snippet to manually force the promo box to load? Manually managing loaded elements is out of the question for this site.
See here:
Thanks in advance for any assistance. :)
edit: I’ve just included the raw html that’s generated when the promo box is correctly loaded, but I’d still like a solution to this for future reference if possible.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
Basilis -
