JaapMay 4, 2018 at 10:13 am #951486Hi Jaap,
Looks fine on my end. You just disabled the performance settings in the theme options.
Can you please disable the caching plugin and see if the issue remains.
Best regards,
VictoriaMay 4, 2018 at 10:16 am #951489Hi Victoria,
I’ve disabled the performance settings because the elements are not working when enabled. I also tested with caching disabled and problem is still there. Can you use the credentials to test yourself?

JaapMay 7, 2018 at 10:09 am #952560Hi,
There are two Enfold folder in the themes directory. Did you update the theme manually? Please delete the old version and check if there are duplicated shortcode files in the config-templabuilder > aviashortcodes folder.

IsmaelMay 7, 2018 at 10:36 am #952580Hi,
I’ve updated manually, now it’s on 3.4.1. I’ve deleted the old enfold theme and checked for duplicated files but there are none.
Problem is still there if I enable load only used elements.Cheers,

JaapMay 9, 2018 at 1:50 pm #953923Hi Jaap,
This can be very well a plugin conflict, can you please deactivate all plugins, enable them one by one and see what causes the issue?
Best regards,
VictoriaMay 9, 2018 at 2:18 pm #953941Hi Victoria,
Already tried that but didn’t solve the issue. You can test this yourself if you want to.
Also ruled out server caching by disabling Varnish.Cheers,
JaapMay 11, 2018 at 11:28 am #955183Hi,
The icon boxes are visible on a test page (see private field) even when I enable template builder settings so it’s probably not working because it can’t detect the old elements in the home page. Please set the builder to debug mode then run the shortcode parser. You’ll find it at the bottom of the advance layout builder.
// https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
I tried to add the debug mode snippet but I ran onto an error in the Appearance > Editor panel.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 11, 2018 at 11:34 am #955189Hi,
I’ve added the debug snippet to the functions.php. I see the parser option but I have no idea what to do with the info.
Can you have a look?Cheers,
JaapMay 14, 2018 at 6:22 am #956245Hi,
We set the Enfold Shortcode Parser to “autorepair” and then updated the page. That should regenerate the shortcode tree. We also set the builder to load only the used elements.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 14, 2018 at 9:03 am #956307Hi,
Thanks for solving!
