Hallo liebes Team,
vor 2 Jahren haben wir unsere Website vogelmoritz.de von einer Agentur bauen lassen.
Leider weigert sich die Agetur nun uns den Lizenzschlüssel für unser Theme rauszurücken – weshalb wir keine Theme-Updates machen können. Die Agentur ist die hier: https://statusglow.de (Einmann-Show von Sascha Glowniewski)
Ja, petzen ist nicht schön. Aber da wir uns nun allem Anschein nach selbst eine Lizenz besorgen müssen, dachten wir, wir geben euch mal mit auf den Weg, dass es anscheinend eine Internetagentur gibt welche euer Theme mehrfach ohne Lizenzierung weitergibt.Nebenbei gefällt uns sehr was Ihr macht.

Sorry for the problem, so the issue is that the person who created your site is not giving you purchase code or updates for the theme? If so then there’s not much we can do about that unfortunately since whoever bought the theme owns the license.
If you want to own your own license then maybe it would be a good idea if you purchases one yourself?
Sorry for the reply in english, the reason is that none of the moderators on the support forum speak german. I do understand most of what I read though :-)
