    Thanks for contacting us!

    Most agencies purchase regular licenses for each of their clients and give them their purchase code, so their clients can register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start a new thread whenever they have a question or an issue.
    Agencies also provide their clients with their ThemeForest username and API key – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ so they would insert them in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates.
