    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
    eine Kundin von mir zahlt mein Projekt nicht und hat mich komplett aus WordPress / vom Server ausgesperrt. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die von mir am 14.7.22 bei Themeforest gekaufte Enfold Lizenz “zurückzuziehen”, so dass diese auf der Webseite nicht mehr funktioniert und ich diese bei einem anderen Kunden einsetzen kann?

    Hi Ralf,

    Did you create a specific token for the license in question? If so, then it should be possible to delete that token from your Themeforest account. If you need further help on this topic, then please try reaching out to Themeforest support instead, as they should be in a better position to help you out with this.

    Hallo Rikard,

    in Themeforest habe ich die Domaine mit angegeben, für welche die Lizenz gültig sein soll. Dann habe ich Enfold per FTP heruntergeladen und im Backend installiert.
    Was ist jetzt möglich?

    Hi Ralf,

    Is it possible to remove the domain from the license? If so, then please try that out. We are not really experts on this subject, so it might be better if you reach out directly to Themeforest/Envato for further help.
