Live vs Preivew – Code Differences

I’m seeing some weird differences in my preview page vs live (published) page on my development site. I have a team-member section that is behaving differently and i see the underlying HTML is different. However, there’s only one team-member section with the same values for social icons, links, etc. set. How can there be different code bases? I’ve cleared browser caches. I’ve flushed server caches.

Here is a copy of the ‘outer html’ using firefox’s inspector. As you can see the things i’ve put in bold are different, but I don’t understand how something like the data-av-icon could be present in one page but missing in the other when the team-member element is the exact same thing.
