Hi Great Enfold Team
I noticed:
1) i put some internal link in my site for example one page link to another one but and i put that it has to open in the same window, but when i click on the back botton of the browser it doesn’t return on the previus page. Why?
2) i have a site in which there’s a small blog colled NEW and i have 2 category inside “Articoli” and “Attività”, i didn’t built NEWS page , it’was automatlcally generate while i published new posts. Now when i click on an a post from NEWS page and it appears in the same window, then i can’t return to the page from where i was , NEWS page. WHY?
how can solve these issues? Because i don’t want to be obligate to make the pages open in a new tab

I leave link in private contenent. I’ve noticed that the issue happen just on safari either on desktop and iPhone. It doesn’t happen on chrome descktop version i dont’t know why

it does not happen every time on Safari, very weird. Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- the URL to the login screen
- a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
- as well as a password for that username

AndyHi Andy, i followed what you have suggested to me, i deactiveted one by one all plugs in and i tried every time i deactvited one to check the issue but never change even when all plugs in are disabled. So i think the issue doesn’t dipend on plugs in. I leave crrdentials in private contenets. I have riactiveted all plugs in because i need them. So if you need to try to deactive them again no problem do it, but at the and please reactiveted all which you have found active and check everything works fine please… Thanks so much
Hi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

AndyHi Andy i use falcon engine of Wordfence as chacing, not other. And i have already tried what you suggest me now… But nothing changed

Hi,
that not true. I see that you have used WP Super Cache plugin. Activate it again, go into it’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Afterwards deactivate this plugin and all other plugins. Then clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

AndyHi Andy , i ment that plug in wpsupercacher i haven’t use for long time… Anyway i did it and evrything you told me before but nothing changed … So now i riactiveted plugs in i have been using because i need theme and it looks like they were irrilevant for what concerning my issue,

I’ve never seen this issue before. There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
