little icons works in Safari but not in Chrome or Firefox

Hi support team,
I have a short question: I use the Enfold theme and the icon boxes/list.
In Safari everything works perfect.
In Chrome there are colored rectangles and the navigation arrows are also squares
In Firefox there are small icons with some characters inside.

My question: where can I influence this reaction (compatibility)? Is there any checkbox in the setup?

Hallo Support Team,
ich benötige eine kurze Hilfe zum Enfold Theme.
Auf meiner Webseite benutze ich Icon-Listen und Icon Boxen.
In Safari wird alles korrekt dargestellt – auch die Navidations Pfeile (Icons)
In Chrome werden leider nur bunte Rechtecke dargestellt (die Farbe stimmt aber ;-) )
In Firefox sind es kleine Boxen mit Miniaturbuchstaben.

Könnt Ihr mir kurz sagen, wo ich die Kompatibilität einstellen kann / beeinflussen kann?
