Hello, I saw this post from another member but the solution was hidden. Can you please post the fix publicly? If necessary I can provide access to our backend. Thanks!

October 23, 2014 at 1:09 am #339867Hey kbreslin!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Please try to deactivate all plugins then test it again. There is a script error on js > shortcodes.js, please get a fresh copy of the file then override the old one.

IsmaelOctober 23, 2014 at 7:56 am #339946Thanks for the reply. We’ll try to deactivate the plug-ins. We’re pretty strict on plug-ins and only use what absolutely need. And they are all updated. Will the updating of the shortcodes.js file solve the problem without having to dump any of our plug-ins? Lastly, where can i find a fresh copy of the shortcodes.js file?

October 23, 2014 at 8:24 am #339953So I went and deactivated each plugin one by one and determined that one is causing the problem with the list icons. The plugin is Social Sharing Toolkit which powers our social sharing/following buttons throughout the site. https://wordpress.org/plugins/social-sharing-toolkit/. Will the updating of the shortcodes.js file solve the problem without having to deactivate the SST plugin? Thanks!
October 23, 2014 at 2:56 pm #340115Hey!
If there is no issue on shortcodes.js file when you de-activate the plugin, then updating the file probably will not solve the issue. You can try updating the file and if that does not help, please contact plugin author as they should have better insight on what could be causing the issue
Cheers!
YigitOctober 23, 2014 at 4:42 pm #340191Thanks for the response. Where can I find a copy of the shortcodes.js file? Download the latest Enfold install and find it there?
