    Hi Andy, I had already done that according to your message of April, 28th. So, the files you already see now on the WP site correspond to a fresh installation of the theme over FTP.

    I wonder whether this has to do (or not) with the fact that my hosting provider uses MSFT IIS instead of Linux.

    Hi,

    This thread is becoming a bit too long. Please create another thread if the following solution does not fix the issue. I noticed that when I navigate through the site, the preloader get stuck sometimes. I don’t see any errors so the cause of the issue is quite difficult to find. Please try to disable the theme’s preloader then check the site again.

    Hi, disabled the pre-loader and with that those weird issues that ended up loading the frontpage when it took too long are now gone.

    But since the issue with the video is still happening I will be opening a new thread, as requested.
